Stirling PDF

Some bug fixes in this release including

• Multi tool select buttons bug
• Footer fix in view-pdf
• Make file extension checks case-insensitive
• signed rotated document different the preview
• H2 datasource configuration in DatabaseService causing errors in certain usecases

And a new feature! New ‘unlock PDF Form’ functionality to remove read-only locks from forms (Thanks to @MariaLaranjeira )
