Dev milestone build for testers.

Changes since v1.1.0-dev17:

Added: Browser tab favicon now reflects the current accent color. Solves the “which tab is which” problem for people running multiple TraceApps instances (or two NT installs for different family members) without any admin-facing customization. PWA install icon stays the branded green mark; only the small tab icon tints.

Feedback welcome. This is also the first build meant to be delivered via the in-app update feature from v1.1.0-dev17.
