Dev milestone build for testers.

Changes since v1.1.0-dev.14:

• Updates: Native Android “update available” notification. When a new dev/release is detected and you’ve granted the notification permission, NutriTrace posts a silent shade notification instead of showing the top-of-app banner (which was clashing with the status bar on some phones). Tap the notification to jump straight to Settings and install. The banner remains as fallback for anyone without notification permission.
• Versioning: First dev cut using the new -devNN (no-dot) tag format, matching the semver rule we adopted alongside v1.0.5.
