Added
- In-app updates. New Settings → Updates panel. On Android, checks GitHub Releases for a newer signed APK, downloads it with a progress bar, and hands off to the system installer via FileProvider. On PWA, admins get a server-update banner comparing the running server version against the latest release with a copy-paste
docker-composecommand. Opt-in Stable or Beta channels on both platforms. Same shared signing key means Android upgrades in place with no reinstall.
Notes
Dev build for testers. Not for production. For the stable line, pin ghcr.io/traceapps/nutritrace:1.0.4 (or :1.0 / :1 / :latest).
