Wavelog v1.1 Release Notes

This is our second release of Wavelog. We continued with bugfixing and added some new features.

• The advanced logbook maps extended with easyprint for map saving (by @AndreasK79)
• The advanced logbook maps extended with custom icons, which were already available in the dashboard and the regular logbook (by @AndreasK79)
• Added file download date under the debug view (by @AndreasK79)
• Config Option for centralized userdata directory for QSL and eQSL images. You can now add an config option to activate a centralized folder structure for these images. See the config.sample.php for reference (by @abarrau)
• Optical support for SAT directions and elevation (by @phl0)
• make eQSL only chooseable if set for station and added warning if no station has eQSL set up (by @dg0tm)
• Design enhancement of the header menu so get a cleaner look (by @hb9hil)
