rotki 1.41.3 is a patch release fixing issues reported over the past 2 weeks. Key changes include:

• Falling back to other indexers when Blockscout has incomplete data.
• Detecting staked GRT balances on Arbitrum after The Graph’s Horizon upgrade.
• Pull newer Coinbase events.

• The swap, asset movement and online events forms will now automatically generate a unique identifier if one is not provided.
