MediaCMS

9.0.0 (2026-10-01)

Features

• migrate media from Kaltura, YouTube and Panopto (#1571) (cb14ea9)
• changes in video previews: we now generate a much smaller and nicer mp4. This applies to new media added to your portal. If you have previously videos that want to use it, there’s a command to run to get them: python manage.py upgrade_previews

Fixes

• fixes edge cases with subtitles and other types not showing up (https://github.com/mediacms-io/mediacms/issues/1570)
