⚠️ Important Upgrade Notice

Kurrier v3.0.0 introduces a major architectural shift away from Supabase toward a simpler and faster standard PostgreSQL-based stack.

Existing installations currently using the Supabase-based setup should remain on v1.2.4 for now unless they are planning a fresh installation or are comfortable manually migrating infrastructure and configuration.

The new architecture significantly reduces operational complexity, removes several moving parts, improves performance, and lays the groundwork for additional speed and stability improvements going forward.

Fresh installations are strongly encouraged to use v3.0.0 and above.

For existing Supabase-based deployments:

• Continue using v1.2.4 for stability
• Avoid upgrading directly to v3.x at this time
• Migration tooling and documented upgrade paths may be provided later if there is sufficient demand

If you are starting fresh, v3.x is the recommended path forward.
