🧹 Maintenance

• chore(engine): evaluate template-expression scripts with the legacy sandbox (#16189) @MrChaker
• chore(engine): use the legacy sandbox for the shared script session too (#16190) @MrChaker

This routes {{ }} template-expression evaluation through the legacy sandbox instead of spawning a Deno process per token, relieving the memory pressure and slowdowns on flows that map many expressions over large step outputs.
